Chuldow Martial Arts Programmes
Here at Chuldow Martial Arts we have developed a series of established, proven programmes that are designed to work both with you, and for you, every step of the way in your training. They are specifically designed to bring out the best in the student and enable you to achieve the maximum results for your ability and skill level.
We have four main programmes, and an introductory programme specifically designed for Children aged 3-6 years of age – We affectionately call this our ‘Little Ninjas‘ programme. This training programme is designed to give your child the best possible start in life, and is guaranteed to make your child physically stronger and mentally better prepared. We are very proud of this programme and the great results it has produced among our young students. We receive lots of fantastic feedback for this programme from very happy Parents. From 7-13, Children graduate to our Junior Dragons programme – working towards their black belt award, if they haven’t earned it as a Little Ninja.
The four main programmes are:
Basic Martial Arts Training
This is a programme that teaches our students basic Martial Arts and Self Defence techniques – including blocks, punches, kicks, and stances. It is a programme that allows us to teach the student how to grow and become a proficient martial artist, developing good form and strong foundation skills in order to progress to the more rigorous Black Belt Programme.
Black Belt Martial Arts Training
- Striking Techniques
- Kata’s (Karate)
- Self Defence Techniques
- Basic Weapons Training, and
- Sparring Games and Drills
– needed to attain Black Belt level.
Masters Martial Arts Training
The Curriculum includes:
- Advanced Weaponry
- Advanced Katas
- Advanced Self Defence Training
C.I.T (Certified Instructor Training) – Become a Martial Arts Instructor
It incorporates all of the above programmes, plus skills specifically to make you an effective, rounded trainer of Martial Arts.
You don’t automatically become eligible for C.I.T. just because you want to do it – You are chosen through a selection process once you have registered your interest.
C.I.T. is very intensive and requires a lot of dedication. It is not suitable for everyone – only those with real passion for, and dedication to, the Sport.
Once you’ve completed your free trial, our Programme director will discuss any of these programmes with you, and help you to make the right choice for your circumstances.
